I LOATHE Fox
It's about Fox (I won't say "news" at Seth's suggestion) and their BS re Obama's early education. It's offensive in more ways than I have time to go into.
Cool: US Senate Committee on Envioronment and Public Works hearing this morning with four Pres candidates. Boxer's opening remarks: Thanks, Senator Boxer (D-CA)

Fox continues to achieve new lows. i can't watch the station w/out wanting to throw things at the t.v...or throw the t.v. so much for any sense of journalistic integrity or commitment to, oh, you know, research and fact checking.
they're the ones who inspire me to open a can of journalistic whoop- ass. i hope i can pull it off!
yeah, FOX can kiss my a**.
their coverage of the recent war protests was rupulsive. some allegedly objective woman was going on about protesters spitting on and trowing rocks at soldiers returning from iraq, calling the protest one big tantrum and "that's all the left has to offer".
i nearly tossed my cookies. sick shit. i wouldn't be watching that crap if i weren't in media class right now.
so grateful for KPFA.
I was watching The Daily Show last night and he was showing clips from Fox and I was completely repulsed. I can't watch that shit, seriously. I have to let other people watch it for me and read the transcripts or something. Their anchors look like robots. It's frightening.
